We have had the pleasure of working with the International Organization for Migration (IOM) to support multiple projects, especially in the Middle East. In more detail, in 2021, we were part of the Middle East Response (MER), a project funded by the Global Fund, where we implemented CAD4TB projects (including 24 CAD4TBboxes) and Delft Light portable X-ray systems to be used within Syria, Lebanon, Jordan and Iraq. Since then, our install base has been expanded in collaboration with IOM, and we look forward to being able to support their Middle East Response in the years to come. In 2023, IOM and the Ministry of Health of Palestine procured four multi-functional, stationary digital X-ray systems for Palestine as a health systems strengthening effort: the CompassDR. The CompassDR X-ray systems are intended further to strengthen tuberculosis and general healthcare in the region. The systems were provided to the Yaser Arafat Hospital (in the Westbank), the Thabet Thabet Hospital (West Bank), the Al Watani Hospital (West Bank) and the Al-Shifaa Hospital (in Gaza).
