Nestled between Russia and China, Mongolia has a high TB burden. In 2022, an estimated 15,000 people have developed TB, over 1200 of whom were under 15. Due to healthcare gaps, not only were over 12,000 people with TB missing, it is estimated that nearly 430 people died of TB.
In 2024, we provided six CAD4TB, which will soon be joined by six Delft Lights, for the purpose of actively screening TB.
