Role

We are seeking a talented, creative and passionate Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in bringing our brand to life through visually compelling designs for various digital and print platforms. Working closely with our Brand Designer and other team members, you’ll help create content that aligns with our brand guidelines, communicates our message effectively, and resonates with our target audience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop captivating visuals for digital and print mediums, including website graphics, banners, email templates, social media posts, digital displays, point-of-sale (POS) materials, and internal documents.
  • Provide the marketing team with visuals that align with ongoing campaigns.
  • Research and stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and implement them in our work.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to established brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all touchpoints.
  • Contribute to the design and upkeep of our visual identity.
  • Modify and revise existing design assets to improve design quality.
  • Work with the sales team to design commercial materials and presentations.

Educational background & skills

  • 1-2 years of proven experience as a graphic designer, with experience in healthcare or tech industries considered a plus.
  • Strong communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus).
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, InDesign) and Microsoft 365. (Experience with Figma and After Effects is a plus.)
  • Strong creative skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent typography skills, a solid understanding of composition.
  • Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while managing multiple design tasks.

Additional Skills (a plus)

  • Familiarity with motion design, UI design, and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Experience collaborating with teams and managing projects using tools like Trello and Slack.
